Here at our Head Office in Bolton, the People Services team plays a vital role in providing the best possible experience for our people across our business, supporting the employee lifecycle.
We operate a hybrid working model with a balance of home and office working.
* Experience in providing people-related transactional support in a busy environment.
* Good knowledge of employment law.
* General knowledge of all aspects of a People function with expertise in handling first-line enquiries relating to policies, procedures, and processes.
* Ability to manage a diverse workload.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* A proactive approach, with willingness to identify new opportunities and challenge established ways of doing things. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
The Recipe
As part of the People function at Warburtons, the People Services Advisor role will be busy and varied, providing administrative support to our people in line with our policies and service expectations.
Your excellent communication skills, proactive style, and keen eye for detail will be essential for success in this role, along with the ability to manage your workload and time efficiently.
Relationship building is key for the People Services Advisor, and you will establish credibility with internal and external contacts at all levels.
