Caretaker Required

Academics are working with an excellent and friendly school based in Rochester that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Caretaker to join their site team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing general maintenance duties.
* Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
* Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
* Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.
Requirements:
* Previous site/premises experience required.
* School experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
* General maintenance experience.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic.
