Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and proactively engage clients to maximise sales potential.
* Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements effectively.
* Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for management review.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a key account management role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
