We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Manager to lead and oversee all electrical aspects of a large-scale residential construction project. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all electrical systems are installed to specification, code, budget, and schedule.
Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all electrical works on-site from start to finish
* Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards
* Oversee installation of power, lighting, security, data, and other systems
* Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
* Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations
* Manage budgets, materials, and timelines efficiently
Electrical Manager Qualifications:
* Black CSCS
* SMSTS
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with 2+ in a managerial role
* Deep understanding of electrical systems and code compliance
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation
