You'll have a grounding in electrical systems and processes and will be trained to use your existing skills and develop new ones.You’ll be supporting either the Avionics or Heater departments, helping to meet both customer demands and stringent aerospace industry standards.Key Responsibilities Carry out workshop-based activities related to electrical fitting, repair, and maintenanceSupport avionics or heater departments with day-to-day technical operationsWork collaboratively with scheduling boards, updating progress and raising any concernsEnsure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures SOPsMaintain full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental HSE regulationsUphold safety protocols and promote a safe working environment at all times Candidate Requirements Previous experience in an engineering or workshop environment would be great.Ability to follow technical procedures and work within a structured teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety standardsA proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and diagnostics About the CompanyThis organisation is a long-established and respected aerospace engineering business with UK-wide operations.
