Key Responsibilities:
As part of the hotel's leadership team, you'll take ownership of the site's engineering function, including:
Overseeing daily operations, staff rotas, and task allocation
Implementing preventative Maintenance programmes across all areas
Managing energy usage and driving efficiency improvements
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards
Liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing quality and budgets
Controlling maintenance and repair spend effectively
Carrying out regular inspections and resolving issues promptly
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Reporting progress and issues to senior management
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Maintenance Manager, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment
Strong technical knowledge of building and facility systems
Confident leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
A solid understanding of health and safety procedures
Flexibility to support the operation, including evenings or weekends when required
