About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and professional Community Response Officer to join our Community Response team. In this role, you’ll help keep our communities safe by patrolling designated areas, responding to emergencies, supporting customers during incidents, and working closely with colleagues, contractors, and external agencies such as the Police and emergency services.
You’ll especially use CCTV, access control systems, manage incident reporting, carry out property inspections, and identify health and safety concerns.
We’re looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates confidently, and can make sound decisions in challenging situations. You’ll need strong customer focus, good technical skills, and the flexibility to work a 24/7 shift pattern, including bank holidays and on‑call cover.
A full clean UK driving licence is essential, and experience or qualifications such as an SIA licence, First Aid at Work, or ECDL would be desirable.
