The Role
You’ll play a key role in modernising core systems, including rebuilding pricing engines and algorithms, while advising senior stakeholders and shaping long-term technical direction.
Responsibilities
* Rebuild and enhance pricing systems and algorithms
* Design and develop full-stack solutions
* Contribute to system design and solution architecture
* Build and integrate APIs in a microservices environment
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders
* Collaborate with international teams
Skills & Experience
* Experience with C#, Python and SQL (R beneficial)
* Exposure to microservices and API-led architectures
* Insurance or reinsurance experience is a must

* Comfortable being the first engineer in a growing business
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
* Interested in progressing into broader technical leadership over time
