Youll create processes andmetricsthat align seamlessly with the firms business goals ensuring ourteamthrives. Plus youll have the unique opportunity to workalongside colleaguesguiding them to navigate HR duties incompliance with employment law and firm policieswhile mitigatingany risks to thebusiness.
Theposition is located at our Head Office in Middlesbrough and is afulltimerole.
KeyResponsibilities:
* NurturingEmployee Records:Develop and maintain comprehensive employeerecords safeguarding personal dataand confidential information withprecision andcare
* Operational HR:Be the goto personfor daytoday HR inquiries effectively managingtasks from onboarding newhires to payroll intricacies andeverything inbetween.
* ContinuousProfessionalDevelopment: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreastof the latestemployment laws and HR best practices ensuring yourealways at the top ofyourprofession.
Requirements:
* CIPDLevel 5 Qualification or equivalent wouldbedesirable
* Experienceas a HR professional 3 years
* Experience indeveloping and Implementing HRstrategies andinitiatives
* Experienceof assisting and advising across allorganisational levels of thefirm
* Demonstrableknowledge of employmentlaw
* Experienceof developing creating andimplementing continuous improvementprograms
* Demonstrableexperience of designing andwriting HR policies procedures offersand contracts of employment
* Excellentcommunication presentation andconflict resolution skills at allorganisational levels
* Meticulous attention todetail
* High Standard of IT literacyincludingaccounting software MS office and advanced excelskill
