Responsibilities
* Flight and accommodation management for company personnel
* Car rentals
* Reception and registration of invoices and proforma invoices.
* Monthly review of supplier balances.
* Keeping the Contracts Excel with suppliers up to date.
* Resolution of conflicts with suppliers.
* Control of Employees' Fuel Sheets.
Job requirements
* Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
* Fluency in Spanish will be a plus.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure
