Salary – £11,000 – £12,500 depending on experience and responsibilities
Location – just south of Reading
The surgery –
* GP Training Practice
* Low deprivation, increasingly younger population, many young families
* Stable team of GPs
* Morning coffee break and weekly team meetings with rotating topics
* Paramedic-led triage supervised by Duty GP
* Substantial admin time
* Uses EMIS system
The role –
* Salaried GP with potential partnership in 3-5 years
* 4-6 sessions, flexible on days
* Well-managed workload, no extras
* Few home visits
* Encourages specialisms; current GPs have areas of interest
* Must be GMC registered and on UK Performers List
