Reporting to the Logistics Finance Lead, the Logistics Finance Analyst will support the supply chain finance team in meeting key deadlines. The role involves providing detailed data analysis to facilitate business decisions, ensuring adherence to key controls, and supporting various financial processes.
Key Responsibilities & Measures of Success
* Prepare month-end reports by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate cost details, tracking, and accruals.
* Maintain relevant accrual and cost tracking documents.
* Assist the Logistics Finance Lead and Accountant with forecast and budget processes.
* Contribute to delivering accurate financial reporting, including variance analysis.
* Work closely with the Logistics team to review costs.
* Identify and suggest improvements in logistics accounting and control processes.
* Support standardisation and consistency across the finance team in Europe.
* Assist with SOX compliance and internal controls.
* Support external and internal audit processes related to Logistics Finance.
* Report and analyze inventory data.
* Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
* Perform other reasonable duties as required.
