Office Service Manager | Hinkley Point
Are you a hands-on leader with a background in HR or finance? Join us at Hinkley Point, one of the UK’s leading nuclear power stations, where you'll play a key role in managing the Facilities Department.
We're looking for an Office Service Manager to lead a small team of admin and managed services staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the Office Services function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll data through SAP (overtime, absence, etc.)
* Track costs, raise purchase orders, and manage budgets
* Lead and support a team of 15
* Provide admin support across departments
* Handle invoicing and billing
* Support recruitment and HR process rollouts
What You'll Bring:
* Background in finance and/or HR
* Strong financial awareness
* Proven experience leading teams
* SAP experience (desirable)
* Confident communicator under pressure
Desirable:
* IOSH Managing Safely (training provided if needed)
* Office-based team management experience
