Legal Assistant Central London - £35,000 A highly successful and growing business are looking for a commercial Legal Assistant to joint their team. This is a highly visible, integral role offering administrative and paralegal support to the wider team. As the Legal Assistant / Paralegal you will assist in the preparation, review, and execution of legal documents, correspondence, proceedings and meetings. You will transcribe and proofread legal documents, maintain and organise legal files, records, and databases and liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as needed. In addition, you will monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents and provide adhoc admin support when needed. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience gained in a similar role or as a paralegal/legal support role within a commercial role. A degree in law or similar field / paralegal certification will be advantageous. The salary on offer for this role is up to £35,000 plus benefits.
