Your new role: We’re seeking an ambitious and creative Internal Communications Executive to take full ownership of our internal communications and help us connect, inspire, and engage our 600 UK employees across all functions. Key Responsibilities: Shape and deliver engaging, consistent and on-brand internal communications Ensure continuous improvement to help drive internal communications and engagement forwards Teamwork – working with HR, Customer Communications and other teams across the business to ensure clarity and alignment of messaging and tone Project work – opportunity to assist and contribute in projects within the wider marketing team What you’ll need to succeed: A solid grounding in internal communications, employee engagement, or employer branding. Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and the confidence to shape and lead initiatives. A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across all levels and functions. This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role.
