The Marketing and Customer Engagement Leader (MCE) is responsible for interpreting the Calgaz brand and bringing it to life through our communication channels, both internally and externally. By listening to relevant business stakeholders and thoroughly understanding project briefs, the MCE uses creativity to produce engaging content that attracts and retains customers. The MCE owns social media and web channels, ensuring alignment with Global Communications policies. They plan marketing activities throughout the year, define KPIs to measure the gross margin generated by activities, and act upon data to increase impact. The MCE accounts for ongoing engagement with “house accounts” using digital outreach, keeping Calgaz visible. An extension of the sales team, the MCE provides leads and prospect lists to Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers and Inside Sales Associates. The MCE coordinates with Airgas and Air Liquide Marketing and Communications to ensure program compliance. This role can be based at any Calgaz production site (Stoke UK, Cambridge MD, Oldsmar FL).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Owns the creation, storage and distribution of commercial collateral in line with company guidelines
* Manages all marketing work, including selection and coordination of external suppliers for artwork and design
* Manages the company social media and website
* Ensures 100% compliance with company communication guidelines across all marketing channels
* Communicates digitally with “house accounts” via commercial offers, engagement emails, and updates to re‑invigorate dormant accounts
* Tracks outcomes of marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and financial contribution
* Generates leads and prospect lists for the global sales team
* Coordinates with Marketing and Communications teams from Airgas and Air Liquide to promote Calgaz and ensure compliance

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
* Marketing experience >3 years in a B2B environment
* Experience scoping and implementing digital tools for images, videos, posts and website content
* Understanding of social media and techniques to drive engagement
* Experience developing websites and online services, SEO, PPC etc.
* Content creation and management
* Analysis of data to set and measure KPI’s that drive business results
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*–C (or equivalent), with high standards of written communication and proficiency in digital applications
* Experience working with customers or stakeholders from different backgrounds and geographies is an advantage
