Overview
Maintenance Joiner role at NHS Scotland. NHS Highland is the commissioning board for the NHS Highlands and supports a positive culture and values.
Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance and repairs of the internal and external building fabric across the NHS Highland Estates area.
* Work on your own and as part of a team, often on remote sites, liaising with various departments and prioritising and ensuring reactive and planned maintenance works are carried out within an acceptable time scale to meet service delivery needs.
* Adopt a flexible approach to work as variations to the standard working week may be necessary to provide the required level of service.
* Maintain a current driving licence (essential).
Qualifications
* Time served tradesperson with appropriate Joinery-based maintenance experience; ideally within a health care environment. Relevant experience in other industries is also advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team without supervision.
