* Minimum 1 year experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor position
* Available to work weekends
* Lead Team Members according to Benugo policy
* Delegate tasks based on Management instruction or business needs
* Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
* Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and dining area
* Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
* Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
Full-time contract, starting in March 2024.Shift patterns usually fall between 0800 - 1800hrs, Monday to SundayUp to £13.60 per hour, pending experienceWeekly pay---Benefits include:
