Job Description

JobRole: Junior Account Manager

WorkingHours: 40hours per week

Pay: £27,000 per annum (with a full review at 12 months)+ Uncapped Commission

Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for a Junior AccountManager to join the Ocean Parking team. This role is perfect forsomeone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering exceptionalservice, whilst supporting clients throughout their journey.

You’ll workclosely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure all client activity runssmoothly, deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded. This is a variedand rewarding role within a collaborative and supportive team that’s passionateabout continuous improvement and customer success.

This is ahybrid role with a national travel requirement, requiring the successful candidateto attend various sites and locations across the country.

Dutiesinclude:

* Build and maintain strong relationships withexisting clients
* Manage contract renewals and ensure client needsare exceeded
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Prepare and deliver tailored reports and proposals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamlessservice delivery
* Stay informed in respect to evolving industrytrends, market conditions, and competitors
* Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain accurate records of client interactionsand account activities using CRM software
* Monitor account activity and proactivelyfollow up on account queries, potential leads and services issues.
* Being the key point of contact forcustomers
* Providing customers with timely reportsand feedback on site performance, whilst recording and advising on customerconcerns and potential risks.


Requirements

* A proactive,tenacious, and ethical approach to customer relationships and business growth
* A flexible, can-doattitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* A Full UK drivinglicence
* Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* An ability to workindependently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational andtime-management skills
