THE EMPLOYER IS: SMYTH PATTERSON LTD Smyth Patterson is a family business based in Lisburn city centre selling furniture, electrical appliances, giftware & DIY products. The café is a growing enterprise with many regular customers. The company aims to create a welcoming atmosphere where people can enjoy spending time with their friends. As a Café Assistant you will work as part of a team aiming to provide excellent customer service. Duties include making tea & coffee, taking orders, clearing tables & washing dishes.
Responsibilities
* Making tea and coffee.
* Clearing tables.
* Washing dishes.
* Processing sales through the till system.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Ability to communicate with customers.
* Ability to produce hot drinks or willingness to learn.
* Basic numeracy skills.
* Ability to count and process sales through a till system.
