We have an opportunity for a Housing Income Manager to join our Income Team, focusing on the efficient management of income processing, rent setting, and service charge functions.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage the Income Team, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
2. Provide technical advice on income and arrears recovery management, ensuring compliance with the Rent Standard of the Regulator of Social Housing and rent agreements.
3. Oversee the annual rent review, rent increase process, and setting of rent and service charges for all customers, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
4. Ensure accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation of rent and service charge accounts, including monthly reconciliations and financial controls.
