Role: Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Finance Manager to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties: Oversee all financial accounting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Produce timely and accurate financial statements, management accounts. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., UK GAAP, IFRS). Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial records. Manage cash flow planning and ensure appropriate funding levels. Weekly or monthly cash flow forecasts. Efficient management of debtors, creditors, and inventory. Implement effective working capital management practices. Develop, implement, and monitor strong internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and clear professional development. Set objectives, conduct appraisals, and mentor team members. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function. Profile: The successful, temporary Finance Manager will be qualified (Eg. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification) and have experience within an international business. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are a leading Marketing Company based in London.
