The Opportunity
Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking to take the step up into a Sous Chef role? This could be the perfect move. You'll be working with a close-knit, supportive team known for their positive culture and commitment to fresh, high-quality food — serving up to 1,000 covers per week.
The client has contracts at several outlets in the surrounding area, supporting both contract catering meals and events. You will work in a centralised kitchen to prepare all food before moving out to locations to cook and finish on site.
As an independently owned company, you'll have direct access to the owners, quick decision-making, and no restrictions when it comes to replacing or investing in new equipment.
The kitchen team is passionate, friendly, and stable — staff turnover is very low. They take pride in delivering great service, preparing seasonal specials, and going home at the end of the day knowing everything runs smoothly.

* 2+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie
