Noventra Capital Partners is an organisation committed to producing equity research reports on interesting and engaging companies that are not directly in the public eye. Our mission is to create opportunities for students and recent graduates, providing tangible and high-quality industry-relevant experience for those looking to break into finance. Noventra Capital Partners is looking to hire several new Equity Research Analysts to join the existing team. This is an unpaid position, but you will get the chance to get involved in research and valuation on a variety of interesting companies.
Responsibilities
* financial analysis of businesses, including assessments of share prices, DCFs, and comparable companies analysis
* developing metrics and graphs via Excel to demonstrate the effectiveness of the business
* weekly meetings with the team to set actionable goals and metrics
* developing publishable weekly reviews and reports on the market and equities
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
* is a current or recent graduate from a top university in the UK or Europe
* is someone demonstrably passionate about finance
* has proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* is responsible, organised, and has good time management
* is someone who works well as part of a team
* has experience with financial modelling (optional)
* has previous internship experience (optional)
Interview process
Successful candidates will undergo a 20-minute interview with the panel to assess motivations, background and previous experience.
