About the Role:
We are hiring a Brand Director to lead, build and scale multi-site brands, all while protecting the standards, culture and performance that made Arcade successful in the first place.
The Brand Director owns the commercial performance and long-term growth of Manna and Solis. This role is about taking two high-performing brands and owning them like a founder. You are responsible for strengthening their foundations and growing them properly, commercially, operationally and culturally.
This is not a brand marketing role, it is a performance and ownership role:
* You drive revenue
* You deliver EBITDA
* You build teams
* You scale the footprint, the right way
* Growth must be disciplined
* Standards must remain high
* Margin must improve as scale increases
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Think like an operator and act like an owner. You take full responsibility for performance, not just activity.
* Have led multi-site hospitality brands and delivered measurable revenue and EBITDA growth.
* Understand food, service and guest experience at site level, and how to build systems that scale.
* Are fluent in labour %, COGS, contribution margin and site-level P&Ls.
* Build strong GMs, create succession depth and raise performance standards across teams.
* Track performance weekly and act quickly when results drift.
