As a Beauty Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of Frasers Beauty, delivering exceptional service and creating personalised beauty experiences that inspire customer loyalty. With a genuine passion for skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics, you’ll share product expertise, support brand activations, and help shape a luxurious and welcoming store environment, while also supporting wider store operations when required.

Qualifications
* Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth, delivering a best-in-class welcome
* Provide expert advice on beauty products, offering personalised recommendations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
* Demonstrate product application techniques and support beauty consultations or services (where applicable)
* Support brand activations, events, and promotions, encouraging customer engagement and trial
* Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay up to date with new launches and beauty trends
* Ensure counters and displays are fully stocked, clean, and visually inspiring
* Support tills or other departments when required, ensuring smooth customer journeys
* Assist in loss prevention by remaining alert and compliant with store procedures
* Adhere to health & safety standards at all times
* Maintain exceptional personal presentation and represent both Frasers and our beauty brand partners to the highest standard
