What We're Looking For: Experience working with young people (e.g. in education, youth work, coaching, or similar) Strong classroom management and communication skills Confidence in delivering pre-set lesson plans and supervising students A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to adapt Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Your Role as a Cover Supervisor: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff.
