Private Client Solicitor (NQ–5 years), Hybrid, Excellent Opportunity – Market Harborough, Leicestershire – £33,000 to £60,000
The firm This is a modern, specialist private client practice based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, personal advice to individuals and families. The firm is led by an exceptionally experienced private client lawyer who previously operated at Partner level within one of the most prominent firms in the Midlands and brings a wealth of experience across complex estates, succession planning and high-value client work. You would work closely with them on a day-to-day basis, gaining direct exposure to their expertise, insight and approach to private client law.

The role
* Managing a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and estate planning
* Advising a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families with large and complex estates
* Drafting straightforward and complex wills and associated documentation
* Handling probate matters from instruction through to completion
* Working closely with senior leadership on higher-value and more complex matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through a consistently high standard of client care
* Contributing to the continued development of a growing private client practice

* A qualified Private Client Solicitor from NQ up to 5 years’ PQE
* Experience in wills, probate and estate administration
* Comfortable dealing directly with clients
* A thoughtful, empathetic communicator with strong attention to detail
* Keen to develop technically and progress within a supportive, modern practice
* Someone who values quality of work and long-term client relationships
