Role Description
The Commercial Insurance Account Executive will manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their business needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cheshunt, requiring regular client interactions to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products. The role involves assessing risks, negotiating insurance policies, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving business targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in commercial insurance or risk management, and a good understanding of insurance products and policies.
* Strong communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively address client needs.
* Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
* Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
* Proficiency in computer tools and platforms used for account management, reporting, and documentation.
* An understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt solutions to suit changing customer needs.
* A relevant qualification such as Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) or willingness to work towards professional development is preferred.
* Ability to work on-site in Cheshunt and engage with local businesses and communities.
