As an effective Depot Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing the site to ensure all financial and operational targets are consistently achieved. Maintaining high standards of operational performance and overall site presentation, ensuring all operations across the Leeds site run smoothly. Managing all aspects of inventory control, including stock checks and accountability for all depot assets. Organising transport logistics to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation. Ensuring all work and procedures comply with current Health and Safety regulations. Preparing and submitting weekly reports covering key figures, cash flow, stock levels, and staff attendance. Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Sales team to manage and grow customer accounts. Promoting effective communication across all levels of staff.
