What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge performance.
Support global initiatives including pricing, cost management, and profitability analysis.
Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain and improve data governance and process efficiency within finance systems (SAP).
Liaise with auditors and external advisors to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function to drive performance and efficiency.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
Proven experience in management accounting, business partnering, or financial analysis within a manufacturing or complex global business.
Strong systems knowledge, ideally SAP.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to streamline and enhance financial processes.
