Do you have experience supporting clients by investigating, diagnosing, and solving technical issues? Our support team are currently looking for a Support Analyst to be based in our Crewe office, you would be tasked with logging and processing support cases, responding to incoming enquiries, and ensuring clients receive a high-quality service.
Your role will be working with NetSuite, the number one cloud-based software suite. As part of a team of experienced Support Analysts and professional services staff, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to systems development, support and processes, as well as working to specifications and deadlines whilst interacting with clients.
As a support analyst you will have excellent communication skills as you will be talking to clients and key business users to determine the nature of any technical issues. You will work closely with other Support analysts and will work effectively and prioritise and meet deadlines.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Take the lead on the review of more complex and specialised areas
2. Logging and processing support cases
3. Responding to incoming enquires
4. Investigating, diagnosing, and solving issues and requests for service
5. Talking to clients / key business users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
6. Escalating & liaising with our wider professional services staff
7. Ensuring clients are kept up to date with their cases via telephone and email
