Job Overview
We're seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager for an award winning automotive safety mobile application business. This person will be responsible for online growth and engagement across web, social, email, paid media, influencers and promotional activity.
You'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing campaigns, and work with the management team to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence.
You'll be responsible for a relentless focus on Average Cost of User Acquisition (ACUA) as the business continues to scale in the Direct to Consumer (D2C) vertical, whilst also overseeing strategic work in the businesses high-growth B2B technology licensing division. You will work collaboratively with B2B client marketing departments, offering the opportunity to engage with some of Europe and North America's most exciting automotive, safety and insurance brands. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets analytics, and you'll collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and the wider marketing team. The business retains an agile startup culture and is looking for a dynamic and positive marketing professional to take genuine ownership of the brand and our digital delivery, and act as a catalyst for continued growth.
External support remains in the form of a specialist London-based public affairs and public relations agency.
Your Role as the Digital Marketing Specialist:
* Create and manage annual/quarterly digital marketing & e-commerce strategies
* Oversee website content, email campaigns, and paid advertising
* Optimise OTAs and drive performance across all digital channels
* Track, measure, and report on campaign success against objectives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align activity with business goals
* Develop positioning strategies that reflect each venue's unique story
* Oversee website performance, user journeys, and conversion rate optimisation.
The role is based at the company's Sedgefield offices. The business is happy to support hybrid and flexible working, what we want is for you to performing at your best and delivering the highest quality output whilst being happy in your work. If that is best achieved through a mix of on-site and remote working, then that is perfectly fine. However, this is not an entirely remote role and the business does value face-to-face interactions within a small and relaxed team.
