We are seeking an experienced Canada & USA Travel Specialist join our clients fabulous team, hybrid working. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected tour operator, designing and selling high-quality, tailor-made holidays across Canada and the United States.
You’ll use your in-depth destination and product knowledge to create memorable itineraries, while delivering outstanding service from enquiry through to booking.
This role suits an experienced travel professional from a tour operator background with strong USA/Canada knowledge, and thrives in a collaborative, hybrid working environment.

Canada & USA Travel Specialist Duties:
* Design inspiring, tailor-made Canada & USA itineraries, from iconic road trips and national parks to city stays, rail journeys, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
* Act as a destination expert, advising on routing, seasonality, experiences, and accommodation to create outstanding trips.
* Work closely with trusted North American suppliers, DMCs, and hotel partners to secure the best options for clients
* Deliver a seamless service from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Use first-hand knowledge to add value, upsell experiences, and enhance itineraries.
* Collaborate with product and operations teams to continually refine and improve the USA & Canada offering.
Canada & USA Travel Specialist – Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience with an established UK-based tour operator (essential)
* Established experience selling Canada and USA holidays
* Strong, first-hand product and destination knowledge across North America
* Confident building complex, multi-centre itineraries
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
