About the Role As SENCO, you will take responsibility for coordinating and developing the school's SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally. You will work closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, families, and external agencies to maintain high standards of inclusive practice throughout the school.
