Care Assistant
Pay: £13.50 per hour (£15.12 for Bank)
Hours: 44 Hours per week (includes alternate weekends) - Days / Nights OR Bank available
Location: Wadhurst, East Sussex
In this role, you’ll be supporting residents with their daily needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

Your Role
* Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
* Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
* Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
* Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
* Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents’ well-being is always the top priority
Essential Criteria
* Experience as a carer for older people within a care home setting
* A kind, patient, and understanding nature
* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
* Excellent work ethic and flexibility
