Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Haywards Heath
Salary: £120 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education are seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join a supportive school community in Haywards Heath. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, resilient, and ready to create a positive learning environment that supports children’s academic and emotional development.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom where all pupils feel valued
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative staff culture
* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in UK primary schools
* Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
* Understanding of safeguarding and commitment to child welfare
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
