They are looking to hire a Full Stack Quant Developer to join a growing analytics and engineering function based in London. This is a permanent, full‑time role offering the opportunity to build sophisticated analytical and trading‑adjacent systems used directly by front‑office and operational stakeholders.
The Role
As a Full Stack Quant Developer, you will design and build high‑performance analytical applications powered by large internal and external datasets. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate closely with quantitative users, traders, and operational teams to deliver tools that have real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C#/.NET on the backend and React on the frontend
* Build scalable, performant APIs and data‑driven services within a global enterprise environment
* Work directly with business and quantitative users to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
* Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design through to delivery and support
* Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and user experience
About You
You are a technically strong engineer who enjoys working close to the business in a quantitative, analytical setting. You are comfortable dealing with complex data problems and thrive in environments with high expectations around quality and delivery.
Key Experience & Skills
* Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
* Solid frontend experience building modern web applications with React
* Background in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or hands‑on experience in quantitative or analytics‑focused roles
* Experience working with relational databases and SQL in data‑intensive environments
* Strong problem‑solving mindset with an interest in numerical, statistical, or analytical challenges
* Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
