Constable Country Medical Practice based in Colchester and Ipswich are looking to recruit a bank/casual medical receptionist for their team. Please note, this vacancy has no guaranteed hours. Shifts are offered to cover sickness, annual leave and busy periods so flexibility is essential.
Key duties will include;
* Answering calls and helping patients access the right service
* Booking appointments
* Taking messages and managing the teams task box
* Liaising with clinicians and external services
* Processing prescription requests
* Providing test results as directed by clinicians
* Maintaining a tidy and safe reception/working area
