In this role, you'll deliver tailored guidance over the phone, addressing a wide range of HR matters while helping businesses navigate legal compliance and mitigate risks. As an HR Advisor, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding position where you can make a real difference to businesses while advancing your own professional development. Key Responsibilities: Stay up to date with changes in HR and Employment Law to ensure accurate advice. Deliver high-quality, telephone-based HR support within agreed service levels. Manage cases from start to finish, building strong client relationships along the way. Maintain detailed records of all advice provided and manage ongoing cases using internal systems. Direct clients to relevant HR documentation and review their policies during consultations. Follow escalation procedures and ensure seamless handovers when required. Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit clients. Handle complex HR cases requiring advanced legal knowledge. Support new team members and provide training as needed. Conduct Welcome Calls for new clients to introduce them to the platform. Take on additional tasks as requested by management. What We're Looking For: CIPD Level 5 or higher is desirable but not essential support will be provided after probation if needed. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues and clients alike. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a personal caseload effectively. Resilience under pressure and adaptability in challenging situations. A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a problem-solving approach.
