This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators, tutors, teaching assistants, or individuals with a background in supporting young people with additional needs who are looking for flexible work that fits around their schedule. The successful candidate will provide tailored academic and pastoral support to students who may be working outside of mainstream education due to a range of social, emotional, behavioural, or educational needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and personalised tuition sessions to students across a range of subjects. Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
