As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our EU sales team and generating sales prospects (booking tours) via phone and in person for our EU Sales locations in UK, Spain, and the Canaries.
Supporting the EU sales operation, your responsibilities will include:
* Booking and confirming tours for pre-arrival clients
* Booking and administering tours in Clarity (system)
* Undertaking marketing activities as directed
* Verifying contracts with our clients
* Handling general administration, including managing incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, providing performance data, liaising with support teams to facilitate goods and services for the EU sales operation, and supporting the Management team’s administrative needs.

What are we looking for in candidates?
We seek candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity and confidence in using Microsoft Office programs are essential. Previous sales and marketing experience, particularly in timeshare and/or hospitality, would be advantageous.
This role requires working from our Pine Lake Resort, 40 hours per week, over 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
