Your new role
This newly created Director, Partner Designate role offers the opportunity to establish and lead a new Business Advisory Service, with a defined route into Partnership within 12-18 months.You will take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, build a team and work closely with the Managing Partner to shape the future of the firm. The role combines technical excellence, commercial leadership and strategic influence.
What you'll need to succeed
ACA or ACCA qualification (CTA / RI supported)
Strong experience across statutory accounts, audit, tax and company secretarial work
An existing client portfolio, with ambition to develop further
Background from a mid‑tier, independent or entrepreneurial firm
A commercial, advisory‑led mindset
Leadership capability and cultural alignmentWhat you'll get in return
