Part time hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 15:00 Your new role In your role asAccounts Assistant, you will maintain the purchase ledger on Sage Line 200,ensuring invoices match purchase orders and delivery notes, and process theminto the system. You will reconcilesupplier balances to statements, prepare supplier payments for authorisation,process bank transactions, and reconcile bank accounts. You will also maintainthe sales ledger and credit control function by processing sales invoices andchasing outstanding debts. What you'll need to succeed Experience in a similar accounts assistant role.
