Our elegant 19th-century manor house features 30 comfortable bedrooms, a relaxed yet refined restaurant and bar, and stunning event spaces that host everything from romantic weddings to private celebrations and corporate gatherings.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to provide excellent service across our restaurant, bar, and events spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly approach
* Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
* Ensure tables are clean, set, and presented to standard
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
* Process payments accurately using the POS system
* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in service areas
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
* Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or event service as needed
* Respond to guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly
