Job Description:
As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of nuclear power plant structures. You will be responsible for managing and leading an international team in addition to various aspects of design and structural analysis of reinforced concrete or steel structures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead an international team responsible for critical buildings within the Nuclear Island.
* Design and analyze reinforced concrete structures for nuclear power plants.
* Perform structural calculations and finite element modeling using ANSYS APDL or similar advanced software tools, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards such as Eurocode, ETC-C.
* Ensure the structural integrity and resilience of reinforced concrete structures under various loads, including seismic, dynamic, impact of temporary works related to construction sequence, and environmental factors.
* Collaborate with detailing teams, including drafting teams, BIM coordinators, and other designer engineers, as well as technical direction teams, to ensure coordination and integration of design requirements.

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on structural design and analysis for nuclear power plants. The ideal candidate will have experience working with reinforced concrete structures, familiarity with nuclear safety principles and regulations, and proficiency in using structural analysis software such as ANSYS and SAP2000.
