Pay: £95 - £115 per day
Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Start date: Immediate or September Start | Temp-to-Perm
Every day, you'll have the chance to help a child achieve something they never thought they could. Teaching Personnel is looking for caring, positive, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support children and young people aged 5–19 with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH needs.
No two days are the same. One moment you could be helping a student in the classroom, the next you could be supporting outdoor learning or celebrating a small win that means the world to a child.
What You'll Do:
* Support pupils with their learning and daily activities.
* Encourage confidence, independence, and social development.
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to help every student succeed.
* Provide personal care and physical support when needed.
* Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

* Work well as part of a team.
* Have Maths and English Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
