Ardeta Search is partnering with an excellent marketing agency with offices based in Oxfordshire to recruit a marketing co-ordinator on a permanent basis. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to support various marketing initiatives, coordinate projects, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns Coordinate and manage various marketing projects from inception to completion Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities Create and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, reports, and promotional materials. Leading on social media management and content production, scheduling, and community engagement Producing creative content (blogs, articles) for our website(s) and digital channels Managing and implementing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business suite. Skills and Experience. 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably with exposure to digital and brand marketing. Strong content creation and social media management skills Ability to think strategically and act proactively but also happy to handle administrative tasks as necessary. A creative mindset with excellent time management and organisational skills. Experience in B2B is preferred, but B2C experience is also valuable. This is an exciting role working with an excellent team salary circa £30,000 - £40,000 Benefits.
