£13.16 per hour (day rate)

£14.50 per hour (night rate)
The hours for this role will change to a 1:00–2:00 am start upon completion of our oven separation project.
Artisanal Baker – Night Shift (UK Residents or Settled Status Applicants Only)

Shift Patterns:
* Sunday to Thursday:
10:30 PM – 8:00 AM
* Friday to Saturday:
10:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You'll Be Doing
* Operating ovens and managing baking cycles to perfection.
* Preparing and mixing dough using traditional, time-honoured techniques.
* Scoring, glazing, and shaping dough for top-quality results.
* Monitoring proofing and ensuring products meet our high artisan standards.
* Assisting in viennoiserie production when required.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
* Supporting the team to meet production schedules without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in artisan bread-making using traditional techniques.
* Strong knowledge of dough preparation and proofing.
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Willingness to learn – we welcome those with some experience who are keen to develop further.
