EYFS Teaching Assistant – Full Time (Southampton)
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Southampton to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant for a full-time position until the end of the academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who thrives in early years settings and enjoys supporting young children at such a crucial stage of their development. The school is looking for someone who brings energy, patience and a genuine passion for helping pupils grow both academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working in EYFS, particularly Year R
Have a good understanding of the KS1 curriculum
Be confident supporting learning through play and structured activities
Work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Be proactive, nurturing and committed to supporting children of all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
